If you are having a difficult time or are feeling overwhelmed, you can call Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs at 1300 375 330 to have an initial discussion about your needs or you can drop by one of the walk-in services. The Hubs also help you address and navigate life stressors such as homelessness, financial difficulties and social isolation.

Forest therapy for international students

Join a guided Forest Therapy session for international students at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne. Enjoy a mix of physical and mental exercises in forest surroundings. It leads to a lower heart beat, blood pressure and stress levels. The immune system, breathing and the overall physical and mental fitness are strengthened.
