Well Fed at the Study Melbourne Hub

Proudly supported by Study Melbourne, the Just Food Collective invites all international students to attend Well Fed at the Study Melbourne Hub. This initiative provides free food, healthy diet information, and community connections for international students. Think a bowl of delicious food, a sweet treat and a hot drink! There will also be groceries to take-home too. Spaces are limited and registration is essential. This event will be held every 2nd Friday.

Work Ready Program: Free employment consultations Work Ready Program: Free employment consultations (Monday to Friday)

Are you looking for work? Work Ready is a free in-person one-on-one confidential program supported by Study Melbourne and delivered by Migrant Workers Centre at the Study Melbourne Hub. The program helps international students with questions about working in Victoria, such as pre-employment paperwork, resumes, cover letters, interview preparation and job searching. Come and drop in to have a chat with Migrant Workers Centre team every Monday to Friday afternoons from 1-5pm at the Study Melbourne Hub. No appointment required.

Time: 1:00pm - 4:15pm (AEST)

Kwabo Fest 2025 arts workshop

Join in the Kwabo Fest and its free creative incubators. Workshops will run weekly on Saturdays with light refreshments provided at the Phoenix Youth Centre in Footscray. No experience or networks needed, just your creativity and lived experience. If you are interested, visit the KWABO FEST 2025 website. You can submit your EOI to secure your spot in the program by Thursday, 10 July.

Do you need help with your tax return? Get help to lodge your tax return for the 2024-2025 financial year by booking a 1-hour appointment at the Study Melbourne Hub from 21t July to 31 October 2025. You must have a Tax File Number (TFN) and have earned $70,000 or less. Please register with MyGov before contacting the Study Melbourne Hub for an appointment.
