International recruitment events across the Middle East

In a bid to bolster international enrolment, Study Melbourne joined a series of student recruitment events across the Middle East in September, with stops in Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The roadshow, organised by Masiratna Study Abroad, IDP, and StudyCo, served as a showcase for Melbourne’s enduring appeal as a top academic destination.

Representatives from Study Melbourne were joined by delegates from leading Victorian institutions, including Deakin University, La Trobe University, Monash University, RMIT, Swinburne University of Technology, Torrens University, Trinity College, and the University of Melbourne.

Together, they engaged with thousands of students and families from elite international schools, scholarship foundations, and educational bodies throughout the region.

Interest in Melbourne’s universities was notably high, particularly among prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students drawn to the city’s globally recognised credentials and its reputation for cultural diversity and liveability.

Study Melbourne’s initiative reflects a long-term commitment to nurturing academic ties with the Middle East, our deeply held belief in the promise of students from this region and in the transformative power of a Melbourne education to help unlock that potential.
