The Gordon Institute of TAFE recently completed their first TNE project in Indonesia, successfully delivering fully accredited courses in Food Safety Skills and Foundational Meat Preparation & Cookery.

Supported through the Yes to International Students Fund, The Gordon trained students to Australian culinary standards in partnership with the Butchery Training Centre in Jakarta.

In addition, The Gordon is undertaking a VET Transnational Education Environmental Scan to guide its future TNE strategies and strengthen The Gordon's position in the international education market. The scan will result in a standalone report on the current TNE landscape for the VET sector, which will be shared across the Victorian TAFE network.
