The Victorian Government has established a global network of Study Melbourne Hubs to support international students and the sector’s long-term growth and recovery. Study Melbourne has an onshore Hub in Melbourne, Victoria, and offshore Hubs in Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, South Asia and Latin America.

Study Melbourne Hub Victoria

Study Melbourne’s flagship Hub is located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, close to public transport, cafes and restaurants. The Hub is a dedicated space for tertiary international students living in Victoria, where they can study, access free services and advice, attend events and meet other students.

How the Hub can support education providers

Victorian education providers can refer students to the Hub for support on a range of matters including financial hardship, accommodation and employment issues, student wellbeing and mental health , and general questions about living and studying in Victoria . Support services are free, confidential, and Hub staff can arrange interpreters free of charge.

Study Melbourne also offers a series of free employability and wellbeing programs designed to build cultural and social connections and enhance career development. Education providers are encouraged to share these opportunities with their student networks.

The Hub is available for education providers to host events. The top floor event space has a stage with presentation capabilities and can hold a maximum of 80 people standing, 50 theatre style, or 30 seated.

See our Frequently asked questions page for more information on event requirements.
