HEX Career Sprint 2026

This program is designed to support penultimate-year international students to transition from casual work in hospitality or retail into professional graduate roles. Running across June and July in Melbourne CBD, the series includes practical workshops and networking events focused on resumes and cover letters, interview practice, communication skills, LinkedIn, personal branding and career connections.

Games afternoon at the Hub (Every Friday in June and July)

Looking to de-stress over the exam period or unwind post exam? We've got you covered! Bring a friend or come by yourself to the Hub and play some board games or table tennis. You can treat yourself to hot chocolate and snacks, make new friends, and take part in different games. We have a wide variety of games to play, from table tennis to Uno, chess, Jenga, and much more.

Free Weaving Play

Visit the Australian Tapestry Workshop in South Melbourne for a fun, free, beginner-friendly weaving play session. Bring your friends and family and connect with the local community through the creative act of making. Try basic weaving and experiment with a range of colourful materials, including wool offcuts, recycled fabric, and paper, with all materials provided. Slow down, and join the tactile rebellion against screen time.
