Study Melbourne welcomes all new and returning international students to Melbourne and Victoria. We are here to support you, so come and see us at the Study Melbourne Hub in Hardware Lane in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Many of our Hub team are former international students and understand the joys and challenges of being an international student.

Just Food Collective's Well Fed is teaming up with Farm to Ferment and Study Melbourne in 2026 to offer free meals and inspiring fermenting workshops led by master fermenter Patrick Meaney.

Games afternoon at the Hub (Every Friday in June and July)

Looking to de-stress over the exam period or unwind post exam? We've got you covered! Bring a friend or come by yourself to the Hub and play some board games or table tennis. You can treat yourself to hot chocolate and snacks, make new friends, and take part in different games. We have a wide variety of games to play, from table tennis to Uno, chess, Jenga, and much more.

Welcome to AFL - Cultural Heritage Round

Join the AFL on Saturday 25 July 2026 as the Western Bulldogs take on Richmond in the AFL's Cultural Heritage Round at Marvel Stadium. This special match is part of the AFL's Cultural Heritage Series, supported by Study Melbourne, celebrating the many cultures, stories and communities that make our game stronger.

Tax Help Centre at Study Melbourne Hub

Study Melbourne is offering Tax Help to assist international students with lodging their tax returns for the 2025-2026 financial year. The program is open to international students who have a Tax File Number (TFN) and have earned $70,000 or less. Students with an Australian Business Number (ABN) are not eligible for this service.

Study Melbourne International Student Careers Fair 2026

Study Melbourne was thrilled to host more than 1,300 international students at the iconic State Library on 24 March for the 3rd Study Melbourne International Student Careers Fair. This popular event supported international students and recent graduates to connect with top employers, including Bupa, L’Oréal, Marriott Hotels and the AFL, as well as industry experts and professional bodies.
