The Victorian Government is making free pads and tampons available across Victoria. The Study Melbourne Hub provides free pads and tampons in the bathrooms. They will also be available in vending machines at up to 700 public places across Victoria.

Thunderstorm asthma
During grass pollen season, people may notice an increase in asthma and hay fever. It also brings the chance of thunderstorm asthma. It is thought to be triggered by a unique combination of high amounts of grass pollen in the air and a certain type of thunderstorm. The Study Melbourne Ambassador program enables international students to grow their network and develop valuable leadership and interpersonal skills. Up to 10 Ambassadors will be selected to join this exciting program for the 2025 academic year. This is a volunteer opportunity for current international students studying at a Victorian tertiary education provider.
