Study Melbourne International Student Careers Fair 2024

On Wednesday 25 September, Study Melbourne welcomed over 1000 students to our second annual International Student Careers Fair.

With 28 organisations exhibiting - from a range of industries including construction, biomed, IT, and consulting as well as professional bodies and employment support services. The Fair was buzzing with activity all day.

To complement the exhibition, a number of targeted and engaging information sessions and workshops were delivered. Sessions focussed on career pathways in IT, engineering and business and accounting as well as post study work visa pathways, a LinkedIn workshop and an inspirational alumni panel.

A key commitment under Victoria’s International Education Recovery Plan 2025 is for Study Melbourne to work with employers, industry bodies and education providers to address employment barriers facing international students, promote post study pathways for global talent and help address skills shortages.
