Study Melbourne Career Catalyst, in partnership with InternMatch, is a comprehensive employability and career development program that empowers international students to unleash their career potential as the next generation of global talent and business leaders in Victoria.

Study Melbourne Career Catalyst offers an exclusive suite of services for international students, including career coaching services, resume and LinkedIn workshops and premium networking events. All events and initiatives are free, inclusive, and designed to help international students develop their professional skills, connect with industry and employers to launch their careers.

The program's events and workshops are delivered online as well as in person at the Study Melbourne Hub and other Melbourne and regional locations.

Career development events (In-person)

These in-person events and workshops are hosted regularly at the Study Melbourne Hub and other locations, providing a convenient and comfortable environment for international students and alumni to come together. They can learn to build a network and develop skills to take them into their career.

Employability webinars and workshops (Online)

These employability webinars and online workshops give students the insights, practical tools and tips they need to best prepare for securing roles and commencing a career.

The series covers topics such as:

  • Building a LinkedIn profile to expand their network
  • Preparing for successful job interviews
