The power of awareness: Beginner mindfulness workshop

Join an enriching workshop and deepen your understanding of mindfulness from a psychological perspective. Registered counsellor Eva Huang, will guide you through mindfulness activities and meditation exercises aimed at cultivating mindful awareness, connecting with your body, and releasing stress. Join a guided Forest Therapy session for international students at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne. Enjoy a mix of physical and mental exercises in forest surroundings.
