The power of awareness: Beginner mindfulness workshop

Join an enriching workshop and deepen your understanding of mindfulness from a psychological perspective. Registered counsellor Eva Huang, will guide you through mindfulness activities and meditation exercises aimed at cultivating mindful awareness, connecting with your body, and releasing stress. Forest therapy for international students

Join a guided Forest Therapy session for international students at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne. Enjoy a mix of physical and mental exercises in forest surroundings.
